To be honest, at first, Yibeast thought that this Omega Beast was, at most, a two-faced scoundrel. After all, he had explained everything at the outset. The reason Yibeast didn’t kill the Floramon was mainly because he saw that she had no murderous intent. This is the ring of a Chosen Child. The wearer can ignore damage from Digimon with a combat power of less than 300. Once equipped, it binds automatically. Unless the player who wears it removes it themselves, it will only drop upon the player’s death.

Yibeast looked at the ring, relief flooding his face. He had just been lamenting the frailty of human defense, and here was a ring to solve the problem. It was also fortunate that Omega Beast hadn’t opened the chest and equipped the ring first; otherwise, Digi-Yibeast might not have been able to kill him.

This weapon was forged by Digimon aspiring to Vulcanusmon, god of the forge, using Beetlemon’s data. If a Digimon already possesses a sword-type weapon (including skill-based weapons), this weapon can be merged. If not, it can be used directly (assuming they can wield it).

Angelic Guardian (Excellent · Rare)
Type: Shield
Requirement: Strength 120+ or Champion-level Digimon
Combat Power: +10–12
Strength: +4
Endurance: +1

Angelic Protection: Can block one attack of less than 300 combat power. After one use, cannot be used again in the same dungeon or battle.
Durability: 20/20
This armor was forged with Angemon’s data by Digimon who revere Vulcanusmon. If a Digimon already has a shield-type weapon (including skill-based weapons), this can be merged. If not, it can be used directly.

It must be said, though this was a beginner dungeon, the first-clear rewards were anything but weak. Just Beetlemon’s Sword and the Angelic Guardian alone would increase his Digimon’s combat power by at least twenty points.

Not to mention the ten attribute crystals—that’s a hundred attribute points, equaling twenty-five combat power. After this battle, even if Digi-Yibeast couldn’t evolve to champion level, his combat power would reach at least 135. Even if he faced the previous Agumon Boss one-on-one again, his chances of victory would be high.

Next, Yibeast fed all ten attribute crystals to his Digimon—five increased Digi-Yibeast’s endurance to 101, while the other five boosted strength by two, agility by two, and intelligence by one.

It could be said that Digi-Yibeast now stood at roughly 20% of the power Yibeast had in his own champion stage.
